The position emphasizes teamwork, flexibility with shifts, and a strong focus on helping customers choose products and resolve issues efficiently.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Preferred: leading a team and supervising experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs.
• Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training and scheduling.
• Receives and stocks supplies, maintains the sales floor, and completes required paperwork.
• Maintains safety of the facility, forklift procedures and hazardous materials handling.
• Ensures merchandise presentation, signing and pricing per company policies.
• Monitors product quality, rotation, dating, recalls and sanitation standards.
• Leads teams, coordinates work and adapts to changing priorities.
• Oversees club pick up orders and staging.
• Develops processes with managers and partners to meet business needs.
• Demonstrates integrity, ethics and adherence to Open Door Policy.
