Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and adhering to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading and accurate sorting of merchandise.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership for staffing alignment.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution, ensuring merchandising sets are completed on schedule.
