Sam's Club in Colonial Heights, VA is hiring a full-time associate to provide member service, assist with self-service technology, help members with purchases, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote store products and services. You will stock and merchandise the sales floor, process claims/returns, and ensure safety and policy compliance throughout the shift.

The role includes daily club operations and club pick up coordination.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
