Job summary

Sam's Club in Colonial Heights, VA is seeking a service-driven associate to support Membership by sharing information on benefits and promoting value across Walmart products and services. You will help process memberships, upgrades, and credit applications while assisting members at the point of sale and during events.

You will also handle order fulfillment, scans, packing, and ensuring accuracy of invoices.

Responsibilities

Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
Processes Membership upgrades and credit accounts; participates in sales and marketing events and aims to meet Membership goals.
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing to ensure invoice accuracy and item security.
Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Walmart products and services.
