Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club is seeking a team-focused associate to provide member service, assist with purchases and resolve issues on the sales floor in Covington, LA. You will help supervise colleagues, stock merchandise, and ensure safety and policy compliance while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding purchases and assisting with decisions.
• Assist management with supervision of associates, including training and providing direction.
• Stock, organize and merchandise the sales floor while maintaining safety and policy compliance.
• Handle claims, returns and pricing; maintain product displays and inventory accuracy.
• Support Open Door Policy and participate in recruiting, scheduling and coaching of staff.
