• Assists management with supervising associates, assigning duties, and training on processes and procedures.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation, stocks inventory, sets up displays, and logs documentation.
• Ensures safety and policy compliance, handles claims/returns, and supports Open Door Policy and ethics standards.
