Job summary

Walmart in O’Fallon, IL is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver excellent member service, assist with self-service technology, and support purchasing decisions. This role supports supervision of associates, stocking, and maintaining displays, while upholding safety and company policies.

You will assist with opening/closing procedures, help with club pickup operations, and contribute to a positive, compliant store environment aligned with Walmart values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Leading a team and Supervising experience including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, managing workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and guiding purchases and self-service technology.
• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, training, and evaluating performance.
• Stock, merchandise, price, and display products; check for damaged goods and ensure proper pricing and labeling.
• Ensure safety and compliance; conduct safety checks and handle hazardous materials per guidelines.
