Walmart Covington, LA is seeking a team member to deliver exceptional member service, assist shoppers with needs, and promote products while keeping merchandise orderly and safe on the sales floor.

The role also involves supervising associates, assigning duties, coaching on service approaches, and supporting recruiting and scheduling to maintain strong store performance. Commitment to integrity and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
• Leading a team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.

Responsabilités

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals, training associates, and providing direction on service approaches.
• Maintains safety and organization of the sales floor, stocks merchandise, handles claims and returns, prices items, and ensures merchandise presentation according to policies.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, participates in Open Door Policy activities, and assists with recruiting, scheduling, coaching and evaluating associates.
