Staples is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Inventory Supervisor in Leesburg, VA. The role focuses on sales floor merchandising, inventory management, back-room operations and customer service. You will coach a team in a collaborative, fast-paced retail environment, with immediate hiring and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Merchandising, inventory management and customer service through coaching.
• Collaborative, inclusive in helping customers.
• Experienced in managing a team or supervising others.
• Able to speak with customers to understand their needs.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and efficient inventory controls: Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross Channel Returns, Reserve online pick up in store.
• Execute product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
• Execute weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changeovers.
• Engage customers with basic selling skills and present solutions.
• Provide an inviting store environment by keeping the store neat and clean.
• Fulfill front-end duties such as cashier, returns, and online reservations.
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as Manager on Duty.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
