Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive merchandising and operational execution including truck processing and inventory routines.
• Lead Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee pricing changes, promotional execution, and store-ready environments.
• Manage inventory control, receipts, returns, and stock movement.
• Coach and train team members through onboarding and ongoing development.
