Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience managing inventory, pricing accuracy, and store conditions.
• Experience with planograms and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution and ensure merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain accurate pricing, promotional execution, and in-stock readiness.
• Manage inventory control, shrink reduction, and backroom organization.
