Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOP adherence and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, and merchandise flow to floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with leadership.
• Execute in-stock routines, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory control, pricing changes, and promotional signage.
• Oversee ship-from-store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and coaching.
