Responsibilities

• Process accurate and efficient inventory controls (Zero Balance, RTV, Return to Warehouse).
• Execute product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintain stock levels.
• Execute weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage customers with selling skills.
• Provide a neat, inviting store environment and handle front-end duties (cashier, returns).
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as Manager on Duty.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
