Qualifications

• Experience managing and coaching a team or supervising others
• Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs
• Ability to multitask and handle many priorities with minimal supervision
• Physically able to lift up to 100 pounds, climb ladders, and stand/walk for long periods

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory controls: Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross Channel Returns, Reserve online pick up in store
• Perform product activities: truck unloading, sorting, stocking, maintain stock levels
• Execute Weekly Planograms and seasonal promo merchandising changes
• Deliver outstanding customer service and engage customers with solutions
• Provide store leadership when scheduled as Manager on Duty
• Maintain clean, inviting store environment and handle front-end tasks when needed
