Job summary

Staples in Bennington, VT is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Inventory Supervisor to lead merchandising and inventory processes on the Sales Floor. You will coach a team, manage stock levels, and uphold signage and presentation standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising and retail operations.
• Ability to lead and coach a small team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory controls including zero balance and refunds.
• Perform product stocking, truck unloading, and shelf replenishment.
• Execute planograms and merchandising changes weekly.
• Engage customers and present solutions to their needs.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment.
• Assist with cashier duties and online reservations, when needed.
