Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. seeks a Merchandise Manager for Store - S.DG-RANCHO SAN DIEGO, CA to lead merchandising and daily operations at Rancho San Diego. You will drive truck processing, inventory routines, planograms, pricing, and promotional execution to keep the store customer-ready.

You will manage staffing alignment, implement SOPs, and coach team members to uphold standards. This role requires 3+ years of retail leadership and supports Ship from Store and backroom processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution while maintaining a customer-ready store environment.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, floor leadership, service standards and operational continuity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs, and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
