Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring a Merchandise Manager for our Strongsville, OH store to lead merchandising and daily operations.

You will drive truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store environment and accurate pricing and promotions. In this role you will manage workload planning, train and coach team members, oversee in-store stock, Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN processes, and partner with leadership to deliver results

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Lead truck processing and ensure accurate sorting and on-floor flow.
• Oversee inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy and visual standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and uphold service standards and operational continuity.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN receiving to ensure proper inventory adjustments.
• Train, coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
