Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning start‑to‑finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandise and fixtures. You will interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service using the GURA approach.

Flexibility for shifts is required to meet business needs. Experience in retail or merchandising is preferred; a high school diploma is welcome but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project-related measurements and price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (Circulars, Price Cuts, Managers’ Specials).
• Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recover as needed.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend, Ask for the Sale.
