Job summary

HomeGoods at TJX Companies is seeking a customer-focused associate to support store operations, greet customers, process transactions, and promote credit and loyalty programs.

You will maintain merchandising standards, assist with stocking, and participate in safety and loss-prevention programs while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of the sales floor
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
