Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a store associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining a clean, organized store environment. You will support operations, promote loyalty programs, and assist in inventory and merchandising tasks to meet daily store needs.

You should have strong customer service skills, be able to work a flexible schedule, and enjoy a fast-paced team environment. Prior retail experience is a plus as you contribute to a positive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers and colleagues.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Supports safety and loss prevention initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
