Marshalls in Danville, VA is seeking a store associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience while maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. You will support store operations, promote credit and loyalty programs, and help ensure loss prevention standards are followed.

Ideal candidates have excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established procedures.
• Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and participates in safety awareness.
• Other duties as assigned.
