Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support our retail clients by ensuring products are well-stocked and properly displayed. You will travel to nearby stores and work with store teams to complete merchandising tasks during peak periods and special projects.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone with data access for communications and reporting.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable access to a personal smartphone with data plan.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in assigned stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Travel to multiple store locations as assigned within a region.
