The Retail Odyssey Company is hiring a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in West Jordan, UT. You will support in-store merchandising, build displays, reset shelves, and manage inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

We value customer-friendly interactions, leadership experience, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Training is provided, and benefits options are available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to work location.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs.
• Build displays and end caps; rotate stock and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
