Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to support in-store merchandising, builds displays, and manages shelf resets at partner locations in Bountiful, UT. You will track inventory, assist with reporting, and help schedule and onboard new hires.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of merchandising experience, leadership skills, and a customer‑facing orientation. Training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within Advantage Solutions.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support, including displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Assist with training and developing team members.
