Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a part‑time Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Saint George, UT. You will provide in‑store merchandising support, build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to lead and train others.
