Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Franklin, WI to provide in-store merchandising support. You will build displays, set up end caps, reset shelves with rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, joining a team-focused environment with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
