The Retail Odyssey Company in Madison is hiring a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to provide in-store merchandising support. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities while supporting store leadership.

You will mentor and train teammates, assist with reporting and scheduling, onboard new hires, and ensure a safety-first approach in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
