Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead for Hilton Head Island, SC. You will support in-store merchandising, build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales across assigned retailers.

You will also help with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires to strengthen the team. The role offers flexible hours with training provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a retail environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team.
