Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Panorama City is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to support in-store merchandising, build displays, set up end caps, and rotate stock to maximize sales.

You will track inventory, assist with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, and lead a small team to deliver strong shopper experiences. No prior experience is required as training is provided, and the role offers growth opportunities and potential for additional hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
