Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers, build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory. You will also help with leadership tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; 18+ years old candidates with strong customer service skills are encouraged to apply. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
