Job summary

SAS Retail Services is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Alabama. You will build displays, reset shelves with rotation, and track inventory to optimize sales. You’ll also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; strong customer service and teamwork are essential. Expected hours and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
