Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Aberdeen, SD to support retailers, build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory. You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while delivering excellent customer service.

Applicants should be 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
