Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking in-store merchandisers to support retailers and enhance shopper experiences. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to boost sales

No nights or weekend work required; starting pay is $15 per hour with opportunities for growth. Training provided, and additional hours may be available upon request.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Leads and trains teammates as needed.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to record work.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action.
• Works well independently and in a team.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
