Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and meet shopper needs. You will build displays, reset shelves, track inventory, and assist with scheduling and onboarding. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the company.

No prior experience is required; maximum physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for shifts. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Physically able to move, bend, stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
