Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Kalamazoo, MI, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role. You will build displays, reset shelves, track inventory, and support store leadership with training, reporting and onboarding new hires. Training is provided and there are growth opportunities within the company.

The position offers a wage of $15.00 per hour with no nights, weekends, or holiday work required. No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
