Job summary

Join SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, in Chino Hills, CA, to support in-store merchandising for major retailers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You’ll also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience required as training is provided; must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. In addition, you will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, as well as onboarding new hires.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Youre 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Have experience leading and training people.
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
