Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring an in-store merchandiser in Sandy, UT to support Retail Odyssey. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales for brands across retailers.

You’ll also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs are required; reliable transportation is important.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Reliable transportation to work location.

Responsibilities

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
