Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks in-store merchandising support to help retailers meet shoppers’ needs. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and track inventory while aiding leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed; you must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to the work location.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing interaction with customers and management.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for shifts.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience and leadership/training ability.
• Proficient with a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
