Job summary

SAS Retail Services is hiring for an in-store merchandising role in Massachusetts. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to support stores and suppliers.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. You must be 18 or older, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have 1–2 years merchandising experience with leadership or training skills.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
