Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking in-store merchandising support to help retailers meet shopper needs. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales, while assisting leadership with scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.

You will also train and lead teammates, record shift activity with devices, and contribute to a safety-first, customer-focused retail environment. Training provided; growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.

About you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
