Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising partner to help shape the future of shopping experiences. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and track inventory while supporting leadership with scheduling and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; competitive hourly wages start at $16.40 per hour with opportunities for growth and additional hours upon request.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
