Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking a motivated in-store merchandising associate to help shape the shopping experience. You will help build displays, reset shelves, and rotate products while tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities are available within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience preferred.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory availability.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
