Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for full-time and part-time retail sales roles at our Pleasant Hill location. You’ll help customers, manage pricing with TOD, and keep the floor stocked with a strong product knowledge focus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Must be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Use and maintain store pricing with TOD mobile printing station.
• Identify and label merchandise without vendor SKUs using TOD.
• Assist with merchandise returns and restock on the floor.
• Follow safe lifting procedures and SOPs.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers in product selection.
• Create price tags and signage for all products.
• Update signage based on price changes.
• Return products to correct locations after returns.
• Stock and clean products per Floor & Decor standards.
• Email non-scanning SKU product movements to the team.
• Collaborate with Department Managers on SKUs and price changes.
