Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking an energetic Store Merchandiser to join our Michigan team. You will maximize product inventory, stock displays, fulfill online orders, and support curbside pickup while delivering a positive shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail, familiarity with POS systems and inventory software, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will work with store management to ensure compliance, safety, and great customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps and setup signage to support promotions.
• Assist with online orders and curbside pickup/delivery as needed.
• Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
