Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, following planograms and quality guidelines. The role includes merchandising, rotating stock, and coordinating with store personnel to support promotional and pricing activities.

Qualifications

• Effective communication including listening, speaking, and writing.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Moves products from backroom to display areas.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials at display areas; rotates products and checks vendor operation.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging products and handling pallets and shells.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel through routine follow-ups and proactive pricing.
