Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, service multiple bulk accounts, and follow planograms and quality guidelines.

You will communicate with store management and cross-functional teams, ensuring timely displays and adherence to programs. The role emphasizes efficient merchandising, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking skills.
• Company provided cell phone available.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Physically moves product from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelving.
• Rotates products and checks vendor operations; maintains Fastlane merchandisers.
• Coordinates with store personnel through regular follow-ups and discussions on pricing, programs and opportunities.
