Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to execute brand standards, build rapport with store associates, and drive client-approved displays across assigned locations.

You will report to the Market Sales Manager with daily updates to the Territory Sales Lead, working a flexible schedule, and relying on your drive for accuracy and results.

This role requires physical stamina, a valid driver's license, and reliable access to a computer and email; health benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs; occasional heavy lifts up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Valid driver's license is required for travel to additional locations.
• Must have access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e-mail.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights and weekends.
• High School diploma or equivalency certification required.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
• Execute tasks, resets, and displays with accuracy following provided instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute assigned projects to maintain account aesthetics.
• Communicate daily with the Territory Sales Lead about activities and opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of all company policies and use handheld device functions.
