Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations in Dickson and surrounding areas. The role services multiple Convenience Retail, Drug and Value accounts by merchandising approved products and following planograms, while communicating with store management and cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, prior retail customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment lifting

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products according to procedures.
• Moves product from sales floor to cold vault and display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelve where permitted.
• Maintains back room cooler by stacking and organizing product by package and flavor.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and programs.
