Job summary

The Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is responsible for presenting products to attract consumers at customer retail locations, servicing multiple accounts, and following planograms with proper safety and quality guidelines. You will communicate with store management and cross-functional teams to execute merchandising strategies.

Key duties include stocking, rotating, and displaying products, preparing POS materials, and maintaining back room coolers.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products in cold vaults and on the shelf according to procedures.
• Moves product from sales floor to cold vault and displays.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelve where permitted.
• Rotates product.
• Fills and merchandises coolers within outlet and displays on sales floor.
• Organizes and maintains back room cooler by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor.
