Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Merchandiser to present products attractively at multiple retail locations. You will service Convenience, Drug, and Value accounts, following planograms and coordinating with store management and cross-functional teams.

You’ll fill and rotate products, set up displays, and ensure back room organization while building strong relationships with store personnel. A high school diploma or GED and reliable, independent work are required.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and satisfy varying customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little supervision.
• Critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products in cold vaults and on the shelf per procedures.
• Moves products between sales floor and cold vault and displays.
• Creates and distributes POS materials where permitted.
• Maintains back room cooler and shelves, organizes by package and flavor.
